Our Story
Lila Brannan, our founder, began The Purpose Club from her own experience navigating adolescence. She understood firsthand the weight of pressure, uncertainty, and constant questioning about the future, often without meaningful guidance or a framework to help her discover and pursue a relevant purpose. Like many young people, she longed for a way to identify her passions, strengths, and direction earlier in life. That longing became the foundation of our mission.
Today, as artificial intelligence and rapid change reshape the world at an unprecedented pace, it has become even more difficult for teens to discern which paths are worth pursuing and which may quickly fade. This ambiguity creates stress, not only for teens themselves, but for parents who want to see their children grow with confidence and fulfillment.
At The Purpose Club, we challenge the outdated belief that fulfillment requires endless toil today in hopes of meaning later. We believe that mindset is unnecessary and no longer serves this generation. Teens should not have to wait years to feel direction in their lives. Purpose develops through action taken now, as interests and abilities are applied to real opportunities. Fulfillment lives in the present, in building a life that is both meaningful and sustainable.
