Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 31, 2025

At The Purpose Club, our goal is to make sure every member feels supported, confident, and satisfied with their experience. Because each plan involves personalized onboarding, digital access, and live coaching, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be transparent, fair, and easy to understand.

1. Overview

By purchasing any Purpose Club plan, course, or coaching package, you agree to the terms below. These policies apply to all purchases made through thepurposeclub.ai, Base44, or associated partner platforms.

2. One-Time Setup Fees

Some plans include a one-time setup fee (for example: $99, $2,999, or $9,999 depending on your package).
These fees cover the creation of your personalized Purpose Dashboard, onboarding orientation, and initial customization of your plan.
Because setup work begins immediately upon purchase, these fees are non-refundable once onboarding has started.

If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and before onboarding begins, you may request a full refund of the setup fee by emailing support@thepurposeclub.ai.

3. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans (e.g., monthly or annual options) provide ongoing access to the Purpose Platform, digital tools, and optional live coaching.

a) Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support@thepurposeclub.ai.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; your access will continue until that date.

  • After cancellation, you will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.

b) Refunds for Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period begins.

  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if canceled within the first 30 days of the annual term and fewer than two live sessions or assessments have been completed.

4. Live Coaching Sessions (“Purpose Experts”)

If your plan includes live sessions:

  • Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered used.

  • If a Purpose Expert cancels a session, we’ll promptly reschedule or credit your account.

We want to be flexible — if an illness, emergency, or unavoidable circumstance occurs, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

5. Digital Content & Assessments

Digital materials, downloadable resources, and completed assessments are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
This includes any completed Purpose Path reports, dashboards, or assessment insights personalized to you or your teen.

6. Program Satisfaction Guarantee

We care deeply about your experience. If you’re dissatisfied for any reason within the first 14 days of joining and have not completed more than 20% of your program, email support@thepurposeclub.ai — we’ll review your situation personally and, where appropriate, issue a partial or full refund.

Our goal is to ensure that every family feels respected and supported, even if they decide to discontinue.

7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel your plan:

  1. Email support@thepurposeclub.ai with your full name, email address, and order number.

  2. State whether you’re requesting a refund, cancellation, or account deletion.

  3. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.

8. Circumstances Not Eligible for Refunds

We generally cannot issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after full access or usage

  • Completed onboarding, coaching, or digital delivery

  • Missed sessions without notice

  • Access issues caused by user device or network errors

  • Failure to cancel before renewal (though we can disable auto-renew immediately upon notice)

9. Platform or Service Changes

If we make a material change to a paid plan that significantly reduces access or functionality during your paid term, we will offer a suitable remedy — such as a pro-rated refund, credit, or extended access period.
